I like the aquatic theory!

Everybody likes the aquatic theory.

They are really, really aquatic people.

The first limitation is the oxygen oxygen toxicity.

And our primary purpose in doing so, is an attempt to trying minimize toxicity, the drug affecting parts of the body that we don't want it to do. And then how do we actually prove that a drug works? Who do we have to prove this to and why do we have to prove it?
