So from this perspective, having blogs and wikis produce knowledge has been great.

These things resonate with us, and, if you think about blogs, you think of high art blogs, the history paintings about, you know, all the biblical stories, and then you have this.

I think blogs are good tools for info activism because they lend themselves to storytelling.

The way most blogs work for info activism and for advocacy is through blog communities.

This wonderful one which I don't have time to show you is taking hyper local blogs in real time and mapping those stories, those entries to the places that are referred to on the blogs.

I would really be surprised if our leadership knows about this. I don't think they read blogs.

There are some blogs about that. Actually, I would pitch these as sort of like starting point.

You know, you read the blogs about politics or about media, and gossip and all these things.

Web 2.0 with Wiki, with your Facebook, your blogs, you find that it's a very participatory culture.

Blogs are very personal so it becomes quite easy for individuals to put their perspectives out there.
