I work for a stock company.

Bill has stock in that company.

You're not buying the stock from that company.

No sovereign wealth fund, no one else bought the company.

The company is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

So the sovereign wealth fund will take over roughly 80 of the company.

The price of the stock of that company will not come down.

So people who want to manage your wealth, stock brokers, mutual fund companies, anyone who can advertise.

The company went public and became listed on the stock exchange in 1990.

I called my mutual fund company and asked which stock in their mid cap fund... had the greatest percentage gain that day. The idea was just to get enough information for one good trade. Can we just download chart data and trade on each movement?

So maybe the company holds some stock, or it holds some gold or something.

And what I've done here is I've drawn a hypothetical stock chart for a company.

Remember, the secondary market, the stock market, most of that is between two people who are unrelated to the company, trading the shares of stock.

And just to make a point here, when you look up a share price in the stock market, or even better, when you buy a stock on the stock market, that money is not going to the company.

More likely a company might have a million shares, in which case this would be a 1 stock.

There are transactions every now and then with the company, and that's why the stock price is important.

You can trade it and you would trade it just you would trade the stock of any company

Because a lot of times when people buy a stock, they're like, oh, I've invested in that company.

He's good at fund raising.

Singapore's Central Fund provides pensions.

They'll fund anything these days.

And a closed end fund

So that's me, pension fund.

I am a pension fund.

In the previous example, I had Pension Fund 1, that was my pension fund.

But it's managed by Pete Inc. and we called it an open ended fund because at any time one of the people who owned a share or unit in the fund can redeem it back from the fund that Pete or the management company would say

You call them stock, or stock options, derivatives, mortgage backed securities.

People start shorting the stock, the stock go starts going down.
