And those who respond to their Lord, and pray regularly, and conduct their affairs by mutual consultation, and give of what We have provided them.

Who obey the commands of their Lord and fulfil their devotional obligations, whose affairs are settled by mutual consultation, who spend of what We have given them,

who respond to their Lord and attend to their prayers who conduct their affairs by mutual consultation and spend out of what We have provided for them

The impact of this has been that these hospitals, in the second year after our consultation, are double their output and then achieve financial recovery as well.

Those who hearken to their Lord, and establish regular Prayer who (conduct) their affairs by mutual Consultation who spend out of what We bestow on them for Sustenance

And those who have responded to their lord and established prayer and whose affair is determined by consultation among themselves, and from what We have provided them, they spend.

And those who obeyed the command of their Lord and kept the prayer established and whose affairs are with mutual consultation and who spend in Our cause from what We have bestowed upon them.

The evil consultation is only from the devil in order that he may upset the believers, whereas he cannot harm them in the least without Allah s command and only upon Allah must the Muslims rely.

Do you fear that you will not (be able to) give in charity before your consultation? So when you do not do it and Allah has turned to you (mercifully), then keep up prayer and pay the poor rate and obey Allah and His Apostle and Allah is Aware of what you do.

Is it that ye are afraid of spending sums in charity before your private consultation (with him)? If, then, ye do not so, and Allah forgives you, then (at least) establish regular prayer practise regular charity and obey Allah and His Messenger. And Allah is well acquainted with all that ye do.

If then you do it not, and Allah has forgiven you, then (at least) perform As Salat (Iqamat as Salat) and give Zakat and obey Allah (i.e. do all what Allah and His Prophet SAW order you to do). And Allah is All Aware of what you do.

And when Our Clear Verses are recited to them, those who disbelieve (the rich and strong among the pagans of Quraish who live a life of luxury) say to those who believe (the weak, poor companions of Prophet Muhammad SAW who have a hard life) Which of the two groups (i.e. believers and disbelievers) is best in (point of) position and as regards station (place of council for consultation).
