The Dodgers went on winning with irresistible force.

The Dodgers and Giants, traditional rivals, arrived together.

Durocher lured a player onto the Dodgers, would you?

The Dodgers of course, have several weapons at their command.

Though when the Dodgers abandoned us to come to L.A.,

so that the Brooklyn Dodgers could win their first World Series.

I love the Brooklyn Dodgers, as you do, but I promise you some day they will win fairly and squarely.
