I'm fasting.

I am fasting today.

The Day when all the secrets (deeds, prayers, fasting, etc.) will be examined (as to their truth).

Believers, fasting is decreed for you as it was decreed for those before you perchance you will be cautious.

O believers, fasting is enjoined on you as it was on those before you, so that you might become righteous.

O you who believe! Fasting is prescribed for you, as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become righteous.

And now, mother, said he, turning to Rachel, hurry thy preparations for these friends, for we must not send them away fasting.

O you who have believed, decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become righteous

O ye who believe! Fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you, that ye may (learn) self restraint,

O People who Believe! Fasting is made compulsory for you, like it was ordained for those before you, so that you may attain piety.

O ye who believe! prescribed unto you is fasting even as it was prescribed unto those before you, that haply ye may fear God.

O ye who believe! Fasting is prescribed for you, even as it was prescribed for those before you, that ye may ward off (evil)

O you who believe! fasting is prescribed for you, as it was prescribed for those before you, so that you may guard (against evil).

Believers, fasting has been prescribed for you, just as it was prescribed for those before you, so that you may guard yourselves against evil.

Perhaps, if he divorces you, his Lord will give him in exchange wives better than you submissive, believing, obedient, penitent, devout, fasting previously married, or virgins.

O you who have faith! Prescribed for you is fasting as it was prescribed for those who were before you, so that you may be Godwary.

Believers, fasting has been made mandatory for you as it was made mandatory for the people before you, so that you may have fear of God.

Fasting is only for a certain number of days. One who is sick or on a journey has to fast the same number of days at another time. Those who can afford a redemption should feed a poor person. Good deeds performed on one's own initiative will be rewarded. However, fasting is better and will be rewarded. Would that you knew this!

Belike his Lord, if he divorce you, will give him in exchange wives better than you, Muslims, believers, devout, penitent, worshippers, given to fasting, both non virgins and virgins.

Were he to divorce you, his Lord might well replace you with better wives submissive to God , believing, pious, penitent, devout in worship, given to fasting previously married and virgins.

If he divorces you, perhaps his Lord will replace you with better wives, either widows or virgins who will be Muslims believers, faithful, obedient, repentant, and devout in prayer and fasting.

If we were to zoom in on a salmon, which is a fatty fish, past the organs, past the tissues, into the cells, we would see that the stuff we call fat is actually made up of molecules called triglycerides, and they are not all alike.

It is likely that, if he divorces you, his Lord will give him wives better than you in your place widows and maidens who are obedient, believing, respectful, penitent, serving and fasting.

Muslim men and Muslim women, believing men and believing women, obedient men and obedient women, truthful men and truthful women, patient men and patient women, humble men and humble women, charitable men and charitable women, fasting men and fasting women, men who guard their chastity and women who guard, men who remember God frequently and women who remember God has prepared for them a pardon, and an immense reward.

O you who believe! Observing As Saum (the fasting) is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become Al Muttaqun (the pious see V. 2 2).

It may happen that his Lord, if he divorce you, will give him in your stead wives better than you, submissive (to Allah), believing, pious, penitent, devout, inclined to fasting, widows and maids.

It may be that if he divorces you his Lord will give him, in your stead, wives better than you such as are muslim, faithful, obedient, penitent, devout and given to fasting, virgins and non virgins.

It is possible that, if he divorces you, his Lord will give him in exchange wives better than you, women who have surrendered, believing, obedient, penitent, devout, given to fasting, who have been married and virgins too.

God has promised forgiveness and great rewards to the Muslim men and the Muslim women, the believing men and the believing women, the obedient men and the obedient women, the truthful men and the truthful women, the forbearing men and the forbearing women, the humble men and the humble women, the alms giving men and the alms giving women, the fasting men and the fasting women, the chaste men and the chaste women, and the men and women who remember God very often.

Indeed, the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and believing women, the obedient men and obedient women, the truthful men and truthful women, the patient men and patient women, the humble men and humble women, the charitable men and charitable women, the fasting men and fasting women, the men who guard their private parts and the women who do so, and the men who remember Allah often and the women who do so for them Allah has prepared forgiveness and a great reward.

Maybe if he were to divorce you, your Lord might grant him in exchange wives better than you those who truly submit to Allah, are full of faith, obedient, disposed to repentance, and given to worship and fasting both previously wedded ones and virgins.

It may be if he divorced you (all) that his Lord will give him instead of you, wives better than you, Muslims (who submit to Allah), believers, obedient to Allah, turning to Allah in repentance, worshipping Allah sincerely, fasting or emigrants (for Allah's sake), previously married and virgins.

For a certain number of days only so whoever is sick among you, or on a journey, the same number in other days and those who do not have the strength for it must give a redemption by feeding a needy person so whoever increases the good of his own accord, it is better for him and fasting is better for you, if only you realise.

And whosoever findeth not a slave to free on him is the fasting for two months in succession before the twain touch each other, and on him who is not able to do so is the feeding of sixty needy ones. That is in order that ye may believe in Allah and His apostle and these are the ordinances of Allah. And for the infidels is a torment afflictive.

Fasting for a limited number of days. So whoever among you is ill or on a journey during them then an equal number of days are to be made up . And upon those who are able to fast, but with hardship a ransom as substitute of feeding a poor person each day . And whoever volunteers excess it is better for him. But to fast is best for you, if you only knew.

(Fasting) for a fixed number of days but if any of you is ill, or on a journey, the prescribed number (Should be made up) from days later. For those who can do it (With hardship), is a ransom, the feeding of one that is indigent. But he that will give more, of his own free will, it is better for him. And it is better for you that ye fast, if ye only knew.

Verily men and women who have come to submission, men and women who are believers, men and women who are devout, truthful men and truthful women, men and women with endurance, men and women who are modest, men and women who give alms, men and women who observe fasting, men and women who guard their private parts, and those men and women who remember God a great deal, for them God has forgiveness and a great reward.
