So the first pass, I switch every light bulb.

You flip a switch and there is electric light.

The second pass, I switch every other light bulb or every second light bulb.

I mean, everybody has their hazard.

One way to think about that is to think about a light switch.

So, so far we are only talking about this light controlled on switch.

Here we have a switch we have our light bulb, presumably it's also connected to some power source, and when we flip the switch that turns the light bulb on.

Hit the switch. Switch?

This is a hazard to your health.

So that's one element of moral hazard.

How can you ride this health hazard?

They created pollution, they created odors, they were hard to control, the light was dim, and they were a fire hazard.

So whatever this light bulb was already doing, I'm just going to switch it.

This is what economists call a moral hazard.

And that's the other element of moral hazard.

And of course, there still is moral hazard.
