It's implanted with very conventional techniques.

Because that's when implanted devices inside of people started to have networking capabilities.

You can implant it in the body without needing to retrieve what is implanted.

Now some people have gotten some solace from electrical stimulators that are implanted in the brain.

And what happens is this can be implanted into a human heart without open heart surgery.

Every year, thousands of cochlear implants, diabetic pumps, pacemakers and defibrillators are being implanted in people.

Right now, they are under the skin, but in the future, they won't have to be implanted.

Implanted medical devices, where people don't have to die of infections anymore if you can seal the thing up.

So we developed the AngelMed Guardian System and we have a device inside this patient, called the Implanted AngelMed Guardian.

Which means that all the devices that you've seen before and all the formats, in principle, can be implanted and disappear.

The device could be implanted under the scalp to be totally hidden and avoid wire breakage, which occurs if you put it in the chest and you try to move your neck around.

But right now, this isn't an area of debate because, left to their own devices, a somatic stem cell or an adult stem cell won't turn into a human being, while an embryonic one, if it is implanted in a willing mother, then, of course, it will turn into a human being.

I'm so embarrassed at how cheap it was to get from my idea to me being implanted that I'm not prepared to tell you what it cost, because I suspect there are absolutely standard surgical treatments, probably in the USA, which cost more for a one off patient than the cost of us getting from my dream to my reality.

It can detect and terminate seizures before the clinical symptoms occur, provide stimulation only when needed, can be turned off if seizures disappear it has minimal side effects as a matter of fact, in all our clinical trials to date, we've seen no side effects in the 40 or so patients in whom it's been implanted and it's invisible, cosmetically hidden, so, if you have epilepsy and you have the device, no one will know it because you can't tell that it's there.
