These are loans to the federal government.

And this is what home equity loans are.

They didn't make loans and then sell the loans.

So, corporate loans, or loans to corporations or banks.

And then these are loans that I lent at least, this and this these are loans that I lent out to somebody.

So these are loans that are actually funneled into the real economy.

Treasury notes are loans that are from one year to 10 years.

Corporate loans tend to be for simplicity purposes, interest only loans.

One, two, three enterprises are put together to repay loans.

They serviced the loans.

loans, they're not liquid.

Those loans aren't available.

loans to this bank.

And for the sake of simplicity, I'm going to assume that the loans in this presentation are interest only loans.

Two of those other loans, they came due, no one was willing to renew the loans, or give them new loans.

And the loans are just the right on these 10 payments.

And these numbers are not crazy, these are actually very typical for payday loans.

You're assuming interest only loans.

They bought all these loans.

I majored in Student Loans.

So 9 million in loans.

Kiva facilitated 500,000 in loans.

loans to his customers, whatever.

And I don't make loans.

More and more people these days are getting overwhelmed by housing loans.

And those loans from other banks, those are assets of other banks.

We have 3 billion in loans.

And then they'll sell the loans.

Let me start making loans out.

So these 4 billion in liabilities, these are loans, maybe from other banks.

The loans are the main asset that's inside of the special purpose entity.

But I would be solvent, assuming that these two loans are still good.

But not all of these loans that they make out are to other banks.

Some of these loans they're making out are to a company that makes tractors.

So you know these these are loans to really solvent or very creditworthy companies.

And just to be clear, so the asset within this entity are the loans.

Interest on loans is high at present.

So I'm going to sell these loans.

It has 1 billion of loans outstanding.

Because it's a thousand loans out there.

Bank D had loans to Bank A.

Maybe people aren't getting mortgage loans still.

I paid off my college loans, everything.

I don't want to say total liabilities because the bank could take out loans that aren't demand loans.

They probably took some fees or sold the loans for slightly more than they issued the loans for.
