I forgive you, I know you can't help that but it does make being your friend kind of lopsided.

But we actually find internally that is useful to have some kind of a goal because it prevents us from accidentally creating a lopsided program.

I desperately wanted this side, the left side, to be better than the right side being a journalist, a Left leaning person but I couldn't, because I would have created a lopsided, biased diagram.
