They will give this money to the market, and in exchange they will usually buy treasury securities, sometimes something slightly different, but usually very safe securities.

When the Federal Reserve does traditional Open Market Operations what they do is the Fed over here will literally print money, so it prints money it doesn't necessarily have to be cash, it could be electronic money, and it uses that money to buy usually short term treasury securities in the open market.

And so money came from when the owners of each of these mortgage backed securities each, let's say, paid 1,000 for the mortgage backed securities.

So people are arguing that the market price is not reflective of the true value of these securities.

I buy groceries from market. The money is comforting.

Something about phony securities.

They're fairly liquid securities.

Those are essentially derivative securities that are derived from mortgage backed securities.

It can buy Treasury securities, so instead of short term Treasury securities, maybe it could be longer term Treasury securities.

And they way they get this into circulation is that they'll take these four dollars and they'll go buy securities in the open market, normally very safe and very liquid securities

He's making a lot of money in the stock market.

And the whole time, it's been doing that by printing money and buying short term US securities.

Liquid securities means that there's a market in them and that you can find buyers who are willing to buy them.

Maybe they'll buy mortgage backed securities, so it makes the mortgage market a little bit looser, a little bit more liquid.

Then I'm gonna deposit the rest in a money market account.

At least take the money out of the market, the black market that the cartels are making so much off.

So in exchange it gets treasury securities.

And equity securities you're probably familiar with.

We're from the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The more choices available, the more likely they were to put all their money in pure money market accounts.

And this is actually true for anyone making money in the stock market.

So people have more money but are they going to spend that money buying the cheapest car on the market?

But then they'll go to the market and they'll try to raise more money.

And if the market doesn't exist there, you might be spending a lot of money trying to create a market where there is none.

And they rate these assets, these mortgage backed securities.

But in general, more and more people put money into the stock market in rising markets.

This expands choice rapidly in the market, and actually makes more money for automakers as well.

Social securities are not something that should be trifled with.

And we learned that debt securities are often called bonds.

CDOs, collateralized debt obligations, are derived from mortgage backed securities.

So AAA would be like the highest rated securities, right?

Market capitalization.

Market segmentation.

Black Market.

The stock market is a real time market.

But essentially what happened is the investors in the mortgage backed securities provided the money to the special purpose entity to essentially loan to the borrowers.

You call them stock, or stock options, derivatives, mortgage backed securities.
