We're doing science experiments, we're exercising, we're out doing space walks, we're doing robotics stuff.

Robotics is really a fascinating area.

Robotics is partially observable, yes or no?

Now a lot of robotics is very impressive, but manipulation robotics is really just in the dark ages.

Another example was a robotics agricultural weeding device.

We worked with, by the way, Honeybee Robotics.

But let me show you cutting edge robotics.

There's also a long history of AI in Robotics.

And this is like robotics without wires or motors.

Robotics systems are just incredible these days, absolutely incredible.

Thrun So this finishes my short lecture on robotics.

So historically, robotics played a huge role in artificial intelligence and a good chunk of this class will be focusing on robotics.

So we're really entering the era of wearable robotics actually.

And now this is the early era of wearable robotics.

One of the fundamental things about robotics is called perception.

Now there's a huge history of using artificial intelligence in robotics.

In my own research, I've extensively used machine learning for robotics.

A clear frontrunner has appeared in the so called robotics race.

And many, many other robotics projects I want to talk about.

And the last project also has to do with medical robotics.

And the field of robotics has gotten much better over time.

And we look at these exponential technologies from medicine, biotech, artificial intelligence, robotics, nanotechnology, space, and address how can we cross train and leverage these to impact major unmet goals.

Character robotics could plant the seed for robots that actually have empathy.

And we will be bringing robotics of all sorts into the ocean.

I took here a model from robotics it's called the Subsumption Architecture.

So I think robotics and human spaceflight together are an awesome combination.

They're flying through their space, ocean space.
