But of course, when you climb onto the Boeing 787, you are not going to know that this is invisible innovation out of India.

Think of the culture there. Culture is important.

Exploration is the engine that drives innovation.

So that's the first kind of invisible innovation coming out of India.

But you can publish your stuff online.

Once you take this, there's no reason to restrict innovation, the beneficiaries of innovation, just to end users.

You're not talking exclusive innovation.

OK, you get the point, right?

We've got to give them all of these opportunities.

It's not only the benefits that we've talked about with regard to development.

Okay, it might be obvious to some of you it wasn't to me.

Economies run on ideas.

Their heart is in the right place, like Ratan Tata.

And illiteracy has gone down, from a half to about a quarter of the people on Earth.

We're getting great talks back from them.

But unfortunately, this is not enough.

What about the practice?

What you really want is not a sequential, not parallel development.

They're not exciting enough to get us engaged in this tremendous opportunity that awaits us.

Okay, step back a minute.

You can't have companies that just sell dog food over the Internet, or sell dog food over cell phones.

You're talking about inclusive innovation.

And now it's a real, full blown project with more people on it.

What we really want is that this innovation happens continuously.

Novelty is a concept of commerce, not an aesthetic concept.
