Loosen these screws but don't remove them

let's begin the machine installation process by disconnecting the shipping brackets from the doors remove all the accessory items

leave the lower left corner screw in place but loose on top of the enclosure, detach the shipping bracket and remove the packing material

Remove the Air Gun, Operator's Manual and Literature which are zip tied in place inside the Enclosure

With the rear side enclosure panels installed remove the brackets from side of the machine and the coolant tank area

Remove the lower bracket, which is still attached to the rear panels and then remove the screws from the first rear panel and lift it out of the bottom pocket bracket

The machine used in our video example has the WlPS option installed and in this case, also remove the protective shipping bracket for the WlPS tool probe

With the conveyor lowered install the Bracket Screws back into the holes they came from on the Enclosure Side Panel

Ask someone to assist you to hold the weight of the Chip Conveyor while you unfasten the Shipping Security Screws and lower the Conveyor into position

With the upper enclosure frame now tight re attach both rear lifting brackets at either side of the bridge casting
