It matters to some degree for trading purposes.

They write these research reports because they want to go to institutional investors or people who have their brokerage accounts with these banks, and essentially sell them stock.

No major investor will consider us.

And then this syndicate of banks, led by the lead underwriter, will then sell it to their brokerage clients.

They're valuing these assets at 1 million.

As investors flee

She had come seeking serious investment dollars so that she could build the factory and buy the equipment she needs to export her chocolates to Africa, Europe, the Middle East and far beyond capital that would help her to employ more than the 20 people that she already has working for her, and capital that would fuel her own country's economic climb.

And I'll show you why that matters in a second.

Big investors.

This is the total actual value.

So in the end, I went after private investors, just gave up on it.

I bought those shares at 7.50 per share, and then this guy came and bought it at 10 per share, so I already got a 33 gain on my investment.

Just Manic Enough.

He valued what we already had at 5 million dollars.

And this is what happens in the stock market every day.

And in between, there should be a public agency, the Independent Service Authority, which channels public money, and especially donor money, to the retail providers.

By the way before we go forward, this is one point I want to mention.

So you can imagine, this is the actual amount of cash that

Wouldn't want the trust fund to run out, now, would we?

If there are investors willing to finance

And we allow entrepreneurs to share a percentage of their revenues.

On the equity side of the equation we just have four million shares.

So essentially, instead of Countrywide being responsible for my loan, my payments now go to these investors.

But now we actually built something.

Or are you trying to get an intuition for helping to become a better investor?

Abuse of steroids, binging and so on.

We said before any of this stuff on the top existed, the pre money valuation of just our idea was 5 million.

(Laughter) Here's some advice from one of the largest investors in the United States.

And we start getting to the negotiation.

So this is my slice down here, 200,000.

So let's say he convinces investor B to join in.

I think it was at 7.50 a share.

And of that share, we have 2 million shares outstanding.

Know how much money the monsters have given to politicians of both parties? As well as corporate media? Nonsense.

They pay 1 million.

As investors choose to become involved based on those terms, they can either take their rewards back as cash, or they can decide in advance to give those returns away to a non profit.

So let's say I have investor A.

That they're reducing volatility.

And that worked out pretty well.

But sell side analysts are the analysts that work for the major brokerages and investment banks, who publish those reports that you see in those ratings, a buy rating on
