It's worth 5 million.

Our liabilities are still 3 billion.

And of course the pre money valuation is just you just take the pre money valuation plus the amount of cash they're giving us.

We said before any of this stuff on the top existed, the pre money valuation of just our idea was 5 million.

So it's a very different scenario depending on what our pre money valuation is.

But this matters a lot, right?

We essentially sold them at 10 a share.

If what we had before is worth 5 million and there were a million shares initially, then the pre money valuation

So 107.84, or 107.84.

So no matter what I do, between the pre money and the post money valuation, my per share value doesn't change any.

That's what we started off with.

In the private sector, when you squeeze that kind of additional value out of a fixed cost investment, it's called a billion dollar company.

So the combined assets, if you believe that this is worth 5 million, is now 10 million, right?

But there was an underlying support.

We know there's a million shares.

And so after that offering, well, our pre money valuation was 30 million and our post money is now 40 million.

So I asked the Minister over dinner,

So once again we get into this what is the company worth right now?

And since we want to know what this is worth this is before we got any kind of money from investors this would be called a pre money valuation.

So going back to what we were talking about, what is the post money valuation?

And so this is our yield.

The amount of money you get.

No industry. No capital. Money is worthless.

you have to buy this back from me at the NAV (net asset value) per share.

Is that something that you are still invested in, that you still believe in the notion of investment?

But the market value or assets is essentially, what is the market saying the assets are worth?

So what is the value per share?

And there's only 10 shares. So they're valuing the assets at 500,000. And this is of course the market value of the assets.

So the total assets were 5 billion in assets.

Now what's our mantra of this day and age I wonder?

And it's essentially, what is the market saying the equity is worth?

Gross national product is a nation's total output of goods and services as measured in monetary value.

Or essentially, one way to view it, is actually to say, well, what am I worth?

Another way to think about it is, if the market is paying 12 million per share, what's the market cap of the company?

All of this was funded by an army of young people

Well their intention was to take these home equity loans and put that money to work, invest it in some way.

What's the lifetime?

When you take some of your assets and you get the value of the assets that you think they're worth and you pay off some liabilities, it doesn't change the value of your equity.

He valued what we already had at 5 million dollars.

Now, it's worth 250,000.

So the balance sheet is really trying to capture what your asset is worth at that point in time.

They're valuing these assets at 1 million.
