Amortization is intangible.

They have no money down, 1 million loan, subprime, negative amortization, they had no credit rating, etc, etc.

This is the principal amortization.

But that's all amortization is.

So it would be patent amortization.

Or enough of a loan to pay off that loan.

You'll often hear the words depreciation and amortization used together.

Because this 500,000 loan is not an unsecured loan.

And this new loan is the most senior loan.

50 of the original value of the loan.
