Will you not fight a people who violated their oaths, and planned to exile the Messenger, and initiated hostilities against you? Do you fear them? It is God you should fear, if you are believers.

O People of the Book! Our Messenger has come to you, making things clear to you after a cessation of messengers so that you cannot say, No preacher has come to us, and no warner. In fact, a preacher has come to you, and a warner and God is Capable of everything.

So, within that larger context, we can talk about diet, stress management which are really these spiritual practices moderate exercise, smoking cessation, support groups and community which I'll talk more about and some vitamins and supplements.

O People of the Scripture! Now hath Our messenger come unto you to make things plain unto you after an interval (of cessation) of the messengers, lest ye should say There came not unto us a messenger of cheer nor any warner. Will you not fight against those who broke their pledges and did all they could to drive the Messenger away and initiated hostilities against you? Do you fear them? Surely Allah has greater right that you should fear Him, if you are true believers.

And, O Muhammad , warn the people of a Day when the punishment will come to them and those who did wrong will say, Our Lord, delay us for a short term we will answer Your call and follow the messengers. But it will be said , Had you not sworn, before, that for you there would be no cessation?
