That is because they say, We are under no obligation towards the gentiles. They deliberately tell lies about God.

Soon you shall remember what I say to you. I entrust my affairs to Allah. Surely Allah is watchful over His servants.

Among the People of the Book is he, who, if you entrust him with a heap of gold, he will give it back to you. And among them is he, who, if you entrust him with a single coin, he will not give it back to you, unless you keep after him. And soon the time will come when you will remember what I now say to you and I entrust my tasks to Allah indeed Allah sees the bondmen.

That is because they say 'We will not be taken to task for whatever we may do to non Jews (ummls). Thus they falsely fix a lie upon Allah, and do so wittingly.

And among the followers of the Book there are some such that if you entrust one (of them) with a heap of wealth, he shall pay it back to you and among them there are some such that if you entrust one (of them) with a dinar he shall not pay it back to you except so long as you remain firm in demanding it this is because they say There is not upon us in the matter of the unlearned people any way (to reproach) and they tell a lie against Allah while they know.

Do not yield to the unbelievers and the hypocrites, and disregard the hurt that comes from them, and put your trust in Allah. Allah suffices as the Guardian to entrust one's affairs to.

Those are they unto whom We gave the Scripture and command and prophethood. But if these disbelieve therein, then indeed We shall entrust it to a people who will not be disbelievers therein.

He said Can I entrust him to you save as I entrusted his brother to you aforetime? Allah is better at guarding, and He is the Most Merciful of those who show mercy.

Those were the people to whom We gave the Book and the Law and the Prophethood. But if they reject these things We shall entrust them to a people who will not deny.

He said, 'And shall I entrust him to you otherwise than as I entrusted before his brother to you? Why, God is the best guardian, and He is the most merciful of the merciful.'

Those are the ones to whom We gave the Scripture, wisdom, and prophethood. If these people the Makkans reject it, We shall entrust it to a people who will never refuse to acknowledge it.

These were the men to whom We gave the Book, and authority, and prophethood if these (their descendants) reject them, Behold! We shall entrust their charge to a new people who reject them not.

Do not entrust your properties which Allah hasmade a means of support for you to the weak of understanding, but maintain and clothe them out of it, and say to them a kind word of admonition.

He said Can I entrust him to you except as I entrusted his brother Yusuf (Joseph) to you aforetime? But Allah is the Best to guard, and He is the Most Merciful of those who show mercy.
