So, when you are free, strive hard,

When you are free from (your obligations), strive hard (to worship God)

Whereas others can strive and strive... and have nothing?

O Prophet! strive hard against the unbelievers and the hypocrites, and be hard against them and their abode is hell and evil is the resort.

Who strive for betterment

For the like of this let all strive, who wish to strive.

O man! surely you must strive (to attain) to your Lord, a hard striving until you meet Him.

Whose seal is musk for this let (all) those strive who strive for bliss

We will surely guide in Our ways those who strive hard for Our cause, God is surely with the righteous.

And those who strive hard in us, We shall surely guide them in Our paths verily Allah is with the welldoers.

And (as for) those who strive hard in opposing Our communications, these it is for whom is a painful chastisement of an evil kind.

Believers, have fear of God. Find the means to reach Him and strive hard for His cause so that you may have everlasting happiness.

So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion,

Verily, (the ends) ye strive for are diverse.

I strive to maximize electrical potential when mentoring,

Go forth light and heavy, and strive hard in Allah's way with your property and your persons this is better for you, if you know.

O Prophet! strive hard against the unbelievers and the hypocrites and be unyielding to them and their abode is hell, and evil is the destination.

Think about that when you see that building, that sometimes the things we strive for so hard in life we never get to see finished.

Do you suppose that you would enter the Garden, without God knowing those among you who would strive hard for His cause and endure with fortitude?

So when you finish the prayer, strive in supplication.

They had to strive against natural calamities for ages.

O Prophet (Muhammad SAW)! Strive hard against the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and be harsh against them, their abode is Hell, and worst indeed is that destination.

O men, you truly strive towards the most diverse ends!

as men strive for right as they turn from praise.

O Prophet (Muhammad SAW)! Strive hard against the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and be severe against them, their abode will be Hell, and worst indeed is that destination.

We shall certainly test you until We know those who strive hard for the cause of God and those who exercise patience. We will also examine your deeds.

And (as for) those who strive hard for Us, We will most certainly guide them in Our ways and Allah is most surely with the doers of good.
